Only when you apply through the form on the “Careers” page. We then receive:

• your name and email address;
• your phone number (if you fill it in);
• the role you apply for and your availability;
• your motivation and your CV.

We use this data only to assess your application and to get in touch with you. We do so based on your consent, which you give with the checkbox below the form. We never use your data for marketing and never sell it.

Until no later than 4 weeks after the application process has ended. For an open application we keep your data for up to 1 year, so we can contact you if a position opens up. After that we delete it.

Your application is not stored on the website; it is emailed straight to us. Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger, a European hosting provider that only processes this data on our behalf. We do not share your data with anyone else, unless the law requires us to.

This website uses no analytics and no tracking or advertising cookies. Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so no connection is made to Google for them.

The pages showing our location include a Google Maps map. It only loads after you click “Load map”; from then on Google may place cookies and process data under Google’s privacy policy. Your browser only remembers that you loaded the map, so you don’t have to click again. That information never leaves your device.

As with any website, our hosting provider keeps technical data such as your IP address and the time of your visit, to keep the site secure and working.

You have the right to:

• access your data and have it corrected;
• have your data deleted;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• object to the processing.
